Christmas Booking Policy

• a deposit of £10.00 per head, which is taken off your final bill. You can change or cancel your booking up to 4 weeks before the booking time. You'll lose your deposit if you don't turn up or try to change your booking after that date.

• Pre-orders are required 21 days before the booked date for all Christmas bookings. Please send your pre-order to the following email ONLY:

• - You will receive an email confirmation when we receive your preorder, changes cannot be made after this time and your order will be served and charged fully, regardless of the number of guests on the day of your party.

• - The booking slots during the Christmas period for a party of 7 people or more will be 17:00 to 19:30 or 19:45 to 22:30.

• Any last-minute bookings are subject to the availability of food items & timing. If the booking is made within 1 week, no refund or change can be made.

—  BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY — (outside of the christmas period)

All bookings of more than 6 people require:

• £5 deposit, per person, to confirm the reservation. If the deposit is not received, the booking is NOT confirmed

• 72 hours notice for the change of number of guests, Non-refundable deposit after 72 hours. (Non-refundable deposit after 7 days for bookings of 12 or more people)

• Pre-orders are required for bookings of 12 or more people, preorders must be sent a minimum of 7 days before the booking date.

• Full payment must be paid based on pre-orders and the total food & drink will be served regardless of non-attending guests.

• Any last-minute bookings are subject to the availability of food items & timing. No refund or change can be made if the booking is made within 72 hours.

• Please note that our menus are subject to change without notice. If any of the members of your party have specific dietary requirements or allergies, please let the restaurant team know in advance.

AFTERNOON TEA BOOKING (BY PHONE ONLY) :

• minimum 7 people

• booking must be confirmed no later than 72 hours in advance (as it’s freshly prepared and made by order)

• a £10.00 non-refundable deposit, per person, to confirm the reservation by the time of booking. If the deposit is not received, the booking is not confirmed.

• 72-hour notice for a change of numbers for group bookings. (14 days in advance for bookings of 10 and above)

• The Quills restaurant reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of £10 per person for any bookings changed or cancelled within this 72-hour notice period.

• A full amount of the set menu/pre-order should be paid in case of no show-up
